Our first camp was held at CDGG High School Mustafabad, Dharampura Lahore. The camp saw active participation from 18 dedicated Nutrition Connects members, including nutrition and dietetics students. We conducted comprehensive nutritional assessments for 120+ students and staff members providing individualized consultation and health tips to promote better eating habits. Interactive session and fun activities like exercises were organized to engage the students and educate them about the importance of balanced diets and regular physical activity.
